By accessing our website, registering as an agent or merchant, using our POS devices, or utilising any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
All transactions remain subject to applicable CBN limits, KYC tiers, and ELnexu risk management policies.
Applicable service fees and commissions shall be communicated through agreements, published fee schedules, or platform notices.
Settlement timelines are subject to NIBSS, banking partners, and operational clearing cycles.
All ELnexu trademarks, software, platforms, logos, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of ELnexu Consults Limited.
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection laws, including the NDPA 2023.
ELnexu reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for fraud, regulatory breaches, suspicious activities, or violations of these Terms.
ELnexu shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services except where prohibited by law.
Users agree to indemnify ELnexu Consults Limited against losses, claims, penalties, and liabilities arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.
ELnexu shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including power outages, telecom failures, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
Disputes shall first be resolved internally before escalation to mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between ELnexu and users.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations without written consent from ELnexu.
All notices shall be delivered through approved communication channels including email and registered addresses.
ELnexu reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are provided for operational and informational purposes and remain subject to applicable Nigerian laws, CBN regulations, NDPA requirements, and other regulatory directives issued from time to time.
